Welcome to the NOOSE playstation platform based clan. The NOOSE clan is made up of two main sectors. Our office of Field Operations which handles all tactical strategic attack and defense options for Los Santos. Another sector of the National Office of Security Enforcement is our office of International Affairs handleling all borders and customs along the outskirts of Los Santos borders. The National Office of Security Enforcement plays a huge part when protecting the Los Santos players. Our office monitors all crimes related borders and terrorism.

National Office of Security Enforcement has gone public and announced that they will inform the public on all security risk that may pertain to their safety. The NOOSE has decided to act in liasons with other agencies to enforce public law throughout the lobbies of Grand Theft Auto V.
