National Office of Security Enforcement History

 

Noose is a roleplaying clan on the playstation 3 platform, since 2010 we have operated on Grand Theft Auto IV. Protecting the players of GTA Community is what we are all about. We monitor and oversee all terroristic activities. The Noose clan consistently over the years have proven to be successful at catching the most wanted criminals and stop terrorism. 

 

Noose plays a major role as both SWAT and Military both in synce when combining difficult situations to come to a peaceful resolution.  Noose also monitor both air traffic and its surrounding borders. Noose drive the Patriot as their tactical vehicle. From kicking down doors to making arrest the National Office of Security Enforcement will not stop until every criminal is brought to justice.
